Every Blog is A Food Blog!

  I’ve been reading that every blog is now a food blog. I mean what else is there right now? I’ve been training for this all my life. I’ve really been strong in the “hash” field lately. I don’t cook breakfasts that often. The kids like pastries so there isn’t really a need to make breakfast… until now. We usually go out to eat 2-3 times a week and the kids eat lunches at school but now it is all at home. I will not lie, the dishes are starting to get to me. SO MANY DISHES!!! All the grocery store had the other day was a huge bag of tots so…     Look at that thing! It really was a thing of beauty. A Delicious Weekend

  If you are ever in Appleton, Wisconsin you should go to The Cozzy Corner. I was up visiting some family and happened upon this place. They have some of the best southern cooking I’ve ever had. Growing up in the south, that actually means something. The place is amazing. The walls and booths are covered with paintings, murals and old record sleeves. When we walked in they were playing Albert King’s Born Under a Bad Sign off the Wednesday Night in San Francisco album. I had my nephew with me. He has started playing guitar so I’ve been trying to be a good uncle and expose him to some different music. He has been listening to Robert Johnson and Stevie Ray Vaughan lately.
