This might have been more my fault than anything else but that only made it that much more of a disappointment. I was browsing the aisles of an oversized brick and mortar bookstore when I came along a shelf of Gundam models. I was pleasantly surprised and I decided to get a little one. I figured it would probably be pretty simple, maybe a half-hour build, so I picked it up as a little treat. We went on a trip for the weekend and I was really looking forward to putting it together when I got home.
Here it is, in all it’s super-deformed glory. It looks pretty cool and alot different than my other ones. The problem was the only things I had to put together was the head, some kind of antenna that’s on its back and the gun in its hand. It literally took 45 seconds to complete. It is still cool looking but…
I decided to take a couple days off work so maybe I’ll swing back by that store and pick up a proper model. Then again, after freeing up an evening for myself I started a simple drawing that had been knocking around in my head for a while. Maybe I’ll just stick with that. Ah, who am I kidding? I’m sure I’ll have more pictures next week.
