Laurie A Conley is an illustrator from Maryland. Her skills with pen and ink are mind boggling.
She also has a whimsical yet dark sensibility that is adorable. She is an accomplished illustrator with many credits to her name but her little grim reapers and cute little ghosts are what really captured my attention.
Her attention to detail and amazing line work reminds me of the amazing illustrations that used to grace newspapers and advertisements in the past. She draws like I wish I could. I have just recently come to grasp with the fact that I am a stippler but I wish so much I could do line work like her.
